If you have children, petite lap giraffes no problem. If that child is loud, the giraffe might get shy, but they'll be ok. PLGs are very clean, neither shedding nor tracking dirt in. They can be trained to use a litterbox like cats. Best of all, they're hypoallergenic.
Size: Adults typically reach 76 centimeters, but some over 1.5 meters are not unknown. Babies are 15 centimeters tall. Weight is 4.5kg and females weigh 5.44kg.
Diet: Lap giraffes are sensitive to dissolved solids in water, so distilled water is required. They eat bonsai tree leaves, but will settle for grass. Clovers are their favourite, and if they eat a multi-leaf clover, they will gain the effect of the clover and translate it onto their caretaker and their close relatives.
Gestation: Typically, lap giraffes will gestate for roughly 18 days, though of course this varies.
Living conditions: PLG’s love being indoors in filtered air conditioning. If they can listen to music of Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov it is dream.
Grooming: A bubble bath once a week with purified water is all they need.It all started when Great Grandfather Billy Mays escaped a circus with best friend Spaghetti. The rest they say is history.
