Evil Mario is well, an evil version of Mario. He was made when Mario was sadly infected by black ooze. Evil Mario is currently in The German Prison because he is evil.
After Evil Mario was made, the first thing he did was take a Magnum, and blow Mario's head off. He missed, of course, so Mario used a Fire Flower, and Evil Mario was forced to run. He wondered the streets for three years before finding a building that was empty. He went in, claimed the building was his, and opened a restaurant
He then started a YouTube where he rants about everything called Evil Mario Rants, where he'd dress up like the normal Mario and make rant videos. These videos would catch the attention of the FTC who banned the real Mario from the UnWorld because Evil Mario was promoting "violations against our terms and services" as an imposter, so for many years afterwards it was illegal to own any Marios, or to be Super Mario. Eventually, the real Mario hacked into his account with the help of Bill Nye The Science Guy (Gates wasn't available, and Clinton was too stupid) and started uploading YouTube Poops, which caught the attention of B_Viacom who then killed Evil Mario's channel forever. Around this time, Zoro decided to try to kill him, and failed, and then Evil Mario decided to leave him tied up and hung on a cross, crucifying him like Jesus. Luffy then decided to rescue him and beat Evil Mario up. This was a setback since he was hurt and was gonna do other things, but he bought an instant healing potion off the black market so he was fine afterwards. Little did he know, he made the Straw Hat Pirates his enemy.
Then on November 9, 2013 back at Mario's Pizza, he got arrested after the cops saw him feeding the two children meat pizza, he is now in jail, and his place was shut down. After years of blaming Mario for poisoning people in the restaurant, they discovered it was actually an imposter, and Evil Mario was sent to many prisons, eventually getting stuck at the German Prison.
Evil Mario also created a brother of his named Evil Luigi, and an assistant named Tyson Yoshi, who surprise surprise, are also in The German Prison.
